A couple of months ago, I had the pleasure of going down to East Quay Gallery in Watchet to see artist Jo Lathwood’s exhibition about alewives. Jo has developed an interest in brewing, which sparked questions about the history of alewives. This led her to my research, and a couple of really enjoyable conversations between the two of us.
